What is Fluvi?
Fluvi is a personal finance and small business management app. On the personal side, you log your expenses and income, set budgets by category, save for your goals and get clear reports on your money. For your business, you manage sales, inventory, the cash register and financial statements, in a separate space within the same account. It works in your browser and as an Android app on Google Play.
Does it work for my business?
Yes. You create your business space in the same account and switch between personal and business with one tap. You log sales and expenses, charge in cash, transfer or card with the change worked out, open the register with a float and count the cash at closing to see if it balances, set up your sales tax and print a sales receipt, sell on credit and log payments (with collection reminders and the balance on WhatsApp), buy on credit and track what you owe your suppliers, keep inventory with low-stock alerts and see your profit and margin every month. Free gives you 1 business with up to 30 products, credit sales for 10 customers and debts with 5 suppliers at a time; Premium adds up to 5 businesses, unlimited products, credit sales and suppliers, stock counts, camera scanner, PDF and Excel reports and employees. The sales receipt is a proof of purchase for your customer: Fluvi doesn't replace official invoicing or accounting.
What data does Fluvi use if I sign in with Google?
Only what's needed to create your account and sign you in: your name, your email and your Google account ID. We don't access your Gmail, contacts, photos or other Google services, we don't use artificial intelligence on your data, and we don't sell or share it. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
Is Fluvi free?
Yes. You can use Fluvi for free to track your expenses, income, fixed expenses and more. The Premium plan unlocks extra features like savings challenges, reports, multiple devices and profiles.
How much does Premium cost?
Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription you activate from the Android app with Google Play. You'll see the price in your currency before paying, and you can cancel anytime from Google Play.
Does it connect to my bank?
No. You log your transactions yourself, so you stay fully in control and never share your bank credentials with anyone.
Is my data safe?
Your data travels encrypted (HTTPS) and we don't sell or share your information. You can delete your account and all your data whenever you want from the app itself.
Do I need to install anything?
You can start right from your browser by creating a free account. It's also available as an Android app on Google Play, with the same account.
